BIOGRAPHY

I have been a huge fan of pro wrestling for 25 years. I grew up in the country and my only exposure to wrestling was VHS from the local video store. Of course all that changed with the introduction of pay tv. My first exposure to Australian wrestling was when IWA held a show at the local RSL. Before that I had no idea Australian wrestling existed. In 2004 I moved to Sydney. I attended Supanova every year, and in 2007 AWF made their first appearance. I got talking to the guys there and their next show featured Raven, so I had to go. The rest, as they say, is history. I have always enjoyed photography and started taking photos at the wrestling from the crowd. I was quite pleased with some of the results. An opportunity came up for me to take photos from ringside and of course I jumped at it. I now take photos at shows of several NSW wrestling companies, either from ringside or in the crowd. There are several interstate companies I would like to cover. I am keen to expand my experience. I'm more keen on sporting events, rather than landscapes, etc. So far I have photographed wrestling and the speedway. At present I am doing this as a hobby.
