ONGOING WEBSITE MAINTENANCE:
Once your website is up and running, there may be alterations, additions, etc you may want done.
This can be done in several different ways:

Charge per hour	$25 per hour
Monthly Charge (Unlimited maintenance for one calendar month)	$100
Annual Charge (Unlimited maintenance for one calendar year)	$250

BOOKKEEPING AND DATA ENTRY:

    Bookkeeping
    Mailing Lists
    Price Lists
    Database Maintenance

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:

All prices are current as of 01/01/2010 and are subject to change without notice. Prices are in Australian Dollars. A deposit is requested at time of order. The amount of deposit requested varies depending on the job. Payment is accepted either by Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Order or Paypal.

DESKTOP PUBLISHING:

A deposit of one hour ($25) is requested with the order. A low resolution PDF of the artwork will be provided. The remaining balance will be due for payment at such a time as you have reviewed and approved the artwork. Full payment is expected within 7 days after your approval has been received and you will be sent a high resolution PDF after full payment is confirmed.

WEBSITE DESIGN:

A deposit of $50 is requested with the order. The remaining balance will be due for payment at such a time as you have reviewed and approved the website. Full payment is expected within 7 days after your approval has been received and your website will be made live. If domain name registration is required, payment is required with registration. I only charge registration fee which varies. Please email for more information.

BOOKKEEPING AND DATA ENTRY:

A deposit of one hour ($25) is requested with the order. The remaining balance will be due for payment upon completion of the job. Full payment is expected within 7 days.
